Thinking about the colour black, one word dropped in my ears... "YOUR PAST".

NEVER YOU ALLOW YOUR DARK PAST TO DEFINE YOU!

God is more interested in who you are and what you are going to be than who you were once and what you used to be. Yes, God forgets our past, for He has forgiven us of all the mean, low-down things we have done. Our past has changed, because, in God’s eyes, we have no past, only a great future. Isn’t that amazing? Isn’t that wonderful?

How God found me during my years of infertility By Sara Hagerty Part 1 Shut Down . . . or Open Up? I climbed into bed that night and revisited a conversation I’d only recently been having with God. It felt like a stream of consciousness—a dissertation of thought—one that got interrupted occasionally by life but was always there. Instead of bitterness, though, I felt sadness. Somewhere underneath that bitter sheen I knew that vulnerability was my ticket out of a hard heart. My heart slowly shifted, reading the words of Psalm 18 as if I was the writer. I spoke what I hadn’t felt, hours earlier, until my heart warmed to feel. “But in my distress I cried out to the LORD; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry to him reached his ears” (Psalm 18:6).

She leaned across the counter drawing me in with a glint in her eye that said I have something worth shouting, but it’s sacred enough that I’ll whisper. I had seconds (not hours or even minutes) to prepare myself to not just receive but form a response to the kind of news that would often send me underground for days, in my heart. “I’m pregnant,” the words her mouth formed matched the look in her eye. She was glowing, expectant in more than just her womb. “We’re having another baby,” she said—almost mischievously, as if her third pass through this rite of passage was carelessly conceived.

Dear-Husband-NHN-Couture-Lookbook There will always be somebody prettier than your wife, but they can never be what she is to you! Beauty is only skin deep. Your wife prays for you while you sleep! She knows (and understands) how you think and loves you when you are unlovable! The wife you chose, respects your decisions even when she doesn't fully understand your reasoning! When you had little to no money, your wife stood by you! The grass is not greener on the other side! IT'S JUST GRASS OVER THERE! If you want prettier grass.... tend to it! Water your own grass (give your wife the love she needs to flourish under your care). Keep your lawn groomed (take her shopping regularly and make sure she feels AND LOOKS BEAUTIFUL)! Keep folks from walking on your grass (it's your job to protect her from criticism and hurtful words from others). No one has a greater wife than you (this should be the mind-set of every husband walking on this planet earth)! Have a great day friends and share to the men in your life ;) Dear-Husband-NHN-Couture-Lookbook-1
