#soulsunday | Cry if you may but don’t let the past ruin your future
If someone treats you like crap, just remember there is something wrong with them, not you. Normal people don’t go around destroying other human beings. — Unknown AND Don’t let past relationships and old mistakes ruin your future. Don’t let someone or something that didn’t make it in your life continue to hurt you. If you do, you’re still giving a portion of your life to something that no longer exists – it’s like letting your happiness slip into a black hole. Learn the lesson, release the pain, and move on. Scars remind us of where we have been, not where we are headed. — Unknown

Always be yourself. Never try to hide who you are. The only shame is to have shame. Always stand up for what you believe in. Always question what other people tell you. Never regret the past, it’s a waste of time. There’s a reason for everything. Every mistake, every moment of weakness, every terrible thing that has happened to you. Grow from it. The only way we can ever get the respect of others is when you show them that you respect yourself and most importantly, do your thing and never apologize for being you. — Unknown
Your Body Does Not Define You!
We struggle with loving our body and our self as girls and this often goes on when we reach womanhood. But the truth is, we can’t let our bodies define us, because we have the power to define ourselves and also define ourselves in God's light and goodness.

#newcollection | Pride and Humilty
Too often we don’t realize what we have until it’s gone. Too often we’re too stubborn to say, ‘Sorry, I was wrong.’ Too often it seems we hurt the ones closest to our hearts, and we let the most foolish things tear us apart. — Unknown
Never allow life to happen, MAKE IT HAPPEN
Let me tell you something you already know:
The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that! - Sylvester Stallone, Rocky Balboa
Don't make excuses. As John M. Richardson, Jr, "when it comes to the future, there are three kinds of people: those who let it happen, those who make it happen, and those who wonder what happened".
Dress The Way You Should Be Addressed | Open Heavens Devotional Today
Many of today's Christians don't pay attention to their physical appearance. They have overstretched the fact that physical appearance may be deceptive at times. Although the Bible confirms this to be true in Proverbs 31:30, it is also true that what
Don’t wait to have it all together | It’s time to move the gear of your vision from PARK to ACCELERATE | by Tobi Alabi
Hey Ladies, enjoy our guest post today by Tobi Alabi.
As comfortable as that web of perfection may be, you don't want to be stuck sitting pretty. If you're a perfectionist like me, I'm sure you've had many business meetings with procrastination and even signed several contracts with him. You found out long before now that he's a terrible business partner that ends up duping you every time you engage with him, yet you can't seem to break that relationship. I know, I've been there severally and what I've realized is that the perfectionist has the "start when it's all right" syndrome. You want everything to be right before you make that move because of course you can't stand mediocrity and want everything you do to be top-notch.
The Truth About True Friendship
Make friends only with those who understand what friendship means. Never judge people by hearsay! Be friends with someone who respects you and truly loves you. Someone who never belittles you. Even in the heat of an argument. Someone who is gentle with you, but does not treat you like you are fragile. Someone who knows what you are capable of, and celebrates those pieces of you. Not someone who is intimidated by your strength. Someone who can call you out for being a brat, but doesn’t make you feel guilty for being flawed. It is not love’s job to punish you.
The most stupid option that ever crossed my mind 17 years ago- Suicide | Life is BEAUTIFUL | Stay Alive
Found myself in a very deep situation 17 years ago,the kind that leaves you with scars! I was deeply hurt and attempted suicide but today I have come to realized that was the most stupid thing that ever crossed my mind!
Don’t be afraid to get back up to try again, to love again, to live again, and to dream again. Don’t let a hard lesson harden your heart. Life’s best lessons are often learned at the worst times and from the worst mistakes. There will be times when it seems like everything that could possibly go wrong is going wrong. And you might feel like you will be stuck in this rut forever, but you won’t. Trust me. When you feel like quitting, remember that sometimes things have to go very wrong before they can be right. Sometimes you have to go through the worst, to arrive at your best.
